HOW TO BOOK YOUR COLLECTION WITH TNT COURIER
Step 1 – SHIPPING COSTS CHARGED section
• Select “ Consignee (the person who receives the shipment)”
• Leave the item “ The goods are destined for Italy” checked
• Click “ Continue ”
Step 2 – Section WHERE TO COLLECT
• Enter all the requested data and the address where the courier will collect the envelope with the biological sample.
NB: Under " Prefix " enter the prefix of your city for landlines (e.g. 06, 02, 011, 081...) or of your mobile operator (e.g. 320, 330, 340, 351...). In the “ Telephone ” field enter the rest of the number without the area code
• Click “ Continue ”
Step 3 – WHEN TO WITHDRAW section
• Set the date and time slots in which the courier can collect the envelope with the biological sample, in the morning and/or in the afternoon, using the “Morning opening hours – Afternoon opening hours” fields
NB: Each time slot for collection must be a minimum of 3 hours (e.g. Morning opening hours from 9.00 to 12.00 – Afternoon opening hours from 15.00 to 18.00).
Under "Goods availability time", enter the same time marked in the "Opening hours morning - from" field
Remember to send the sample between Monday and Friday.

Step 4 – CONFIRMATION MESSAGES section
• Enter your email to receive booking confirmation. You will be sent a code with which you can modify or cancel the withdrawal
• Click “ Continue ”
Step 5 – Section WHAT TO WITHDRAW
• Select the item " Packages " and indicate 1 as " Number " (even if you have purchased more than one Lab Evo KIT) .
• In the “Weight” field write 0.05 Kg
• In the “Length” field, write 20 cm
• In the “Width” field, write 20 cm
• In the “Height” field, write 2 cm
• Click “Continue”
Step 6 – SUMMARY AND CONFIRMATION section
• Check carefully that all the collection data is correct and possibly save them for the next booking. If you realize that you have made something wrong, you can go back and change the information entered.
• Click “Confirm”
